Kitchen Mainstays

Haddock en papillote with freekeh and squash
Braised chicken thighs with polenta and roasted peppers

I have been super busy with school this past week but somehow I still have time to make dinner at home. The steamed haddock turned out to be delicious, especially with the lemon and dill butter sauce, and I am definitely going to use the en papillote technique in the future. Obviously, the chicken with polenta catered to my Puerto Rican side but I think it could have used some spiciness. My kitchen may be petite but I think I'm getting better at this whole "cooking" thing ;)
