I'm in sunny San Diego for the next 10 days visiting my boyfriend and brother ☀. It's surprisingly hot and humid here right now but it should cool off this weekend... I hope! This break from school is very welcome and there are so many things I'd like to do while I'm here. Tonight will be fun though; my sound engineer friend is hooking us up with backstage passes for the Dave Matthews show at the amphitheater in Chula Vista! Twice in one summer? Lucky me! Besides exploring downtown, I'm hoping to go snorkeling, hiking, biking, and take a drive up to LA. Also the zoo in Balboa Park and the aquarium here at Scripps! It's very scenic around Scripps, which is an understatement but not surprising because La Jolla is very $$$. Nick's lab is pretty interesting and the lab puppy is a cute bonus. I could get used to this!
